The room I stayed in was fabulous and delightful, equipped with an AC and quaint antiques, and the staff was consistently available during my stay here.

The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was great. The location was magnificent - really close to hectic city life, kuruva island and the airport at 4.30.

We had an incredible stay during our visit to Pepper Trail. The location is amazing and in a good spot next to hilly Wayanad. The plantation and nature surrounding the property are breathtaking. The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were spacious and fabulous, with a bath tub. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with a wide range of supplies including a safe box, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making equipment.

The room had climate control, a personal safe, and a multi-channel TV along with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel offered a substantial breakfast and had lovely views. It is located in an amazing and particularly good location for a jeep safari and has a great pool. The hotel is close to Sultan Bathery, deep in the Western Ghats of Wayanad, Kerala.

We were amazed by the incredible generosity and kindness of the Pepper Trail family during the devastating floods. They not only ensured our safety but also helped the affected people. The staff was professional and courteous, making our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and compassion.
